Ok, I finally got all my systems to suspend AND RESUME reliably under linux! Woohoo. Now my problem…
When I resume my frontend, my remote stops working. I don’t know if the serial port just isn’t getting it’s juice anymore, if lirc stops working or what. I’ve tried restarting LIRC and that doesn’t do anything so I don’t think it’s that. I’m thinking it must be the serial port. I don’t know why it wouldn’t power back up though. Or perhaps the device gets removed when it powers down and isn’t re-detected when it resumes. I have to do a complete power cycle to get it back. Any ideas?
I’ll try to link the page that I get the script from later. I don’t have it on hand at the moment.
