Here’s my home theater:

It’s not super impressive, but from 8 to 9 feet the 42″ LCD is a good size. Renting an apartment definitely cramps your style. If I was a home owner I would find somewhere to mount a projector. Here’s a close up of the Syntax Olevia LT42HVi. I’m running it at 1368×768 and trimming two pixels.

Here’s a closeup of my front right and left speakers. They are Bang & Olufsen RL140s. They’re definitely on the larger side and take up a bit of space. They’re moving into storage while I am back and school and my Definitive ProMonitor 100 MKIIs rears will be moving to the front position.

Here’s my rack. It’s just an inexpensive unit from IKEA, but it has a nice open back that makes it easy to just rotate a little and access the back of the equipment. This also provides good airflow across the back of the components.
