      Hi, I’m having trouble picking an ATSC tuner.
      My HTPC specs are:
      -AMD XP 3000
      -WinXP Home SP2
      -Hauppauge PVR-150
      -Nvidia 6200 AGP
      -PCI slots only.
      Some what on a budget too.

      Are USB tuners just as good as PCI based?
