I decided to give Netflix another chance yesterday since it’s already in Media Center and I didn’t really have to do anything other than hit a few buttons. To my surprise it actually worked pretty well…well, the streaming did. Throughout the day I had various problems with Netflix seeming to lock up; the red circle sometimes would just sit there spinning round and round. Last night I kept getting error messages saying something might be wrong with the internet, but we didn’t have any problems any where else or even going to sites on the HTPC. But my main question is about streaming TV shows. When I look at a movie, it shows me 3 options, put it in my DVD queue, add it to my instant queue, or Play. But the TV shows only show me to put it in my DVD queue and add it to my instant queue. I figured maybe I had to add it to instant and then go to the instant queue and play it from there. But that doesn’t work either; all I can do there is remove it from the queue. I went to my other PC and went to Netflix’s site and looked at the same show and on there it shows the Play button. Am I not doing something on Netflix in Media Center?
