Is it just me, or does any one else think that the new HD channels on DirecTV don’t look that great? What I mean is, I don’t think they look as good as the original HD channels (UHD, ESPNHD & ESPN2HD, HDNET, etc.). By the way, if any one hasn’t upgraded to the new dish yet so that you can receive these channels and you’re using a multiswitch or diplexers, make sure you disconnect those and run it straight to the receiver or else you won’t get a signal. I had a Terk multiswitch and had read where existing multiswitches wouldn’ work, but the installer told me I could use diplexers and it’d work. When the channels went online, my receiver kept saying searching for signal when I tried putting it on one of the new HD channels.
