I was looking into updating my old Hauppauge 150 and 350 tuner cards. I want to confirm the requirements for the soon to be available cards by Ceton and others.
1. Windows 7-provided by me
2. Tuner card(s)-provided by me
3. Computer that meets tuner hardware requirements
4. Big harddrives-HD takes a lot of space
5. Pass the online MS test
6. Cable card(s)-provided by cable company
Is there anything else I’m missing? I’ve already confirmed my local cable provider, Bright House Networks supports cable cards.
