The only plugin I have installed so far is Collectorz Movie Collector. It took me a bit to configure for the extenders (sharing folders, UAC, and the like), but this isn’t Windows 7 specific issue. It’s up and running on my server and three extenders. I haven’t installed any other plug-ins yet. I typically use the following plug-ins: Shoutcast (very unstable), Radiotime, and vmcNetflix (I haven’t had this working on my Vista x64 machine for some time now..argh). I’m in no rush for any of those…so I will hold out.
Question: For my Vista install, I use MCMenuCustomiser to create custom strips and modify the existing strips. Since the service categories changed and the strips are different, I couldn’t this leverage this program to modify the W7MC strips. I would like to place the Collectorz item in the Movies strip. What are you using?
