Right I have setup HD-DVD playback via the trusty xbox360 HD-DVD drive using the latest PowerDVD ultra 7.3. Im running the leatest vista 32 bit beta drivers from nzone.com.
Everything plays ok & picture is good. However I am experiencing noise, especially on dark scenes of “Letters from Iwo Jima” (Great film so far).
Will Purevideo HD limit this noise? In general does it improve picture quality much?
I already own the old Purevideo before the Purevideo HD came out, will this older version meet my needs? It is 2 years old so I guess not?
IF I need this Purevideo HD, can some one like me to buy it as I can only find on the nvidia site links for the old Purevideo
Will I only need the bronze addition as I pass sound via toslink?
