      So TankGuys.com is selling the E8400 for $108 plus shipping.  Great 45nm chip.  Newegg.com is selling the Q6600 65nm quad core for $214 with free shipping.

      Any recommendations for building an HTPC?  Is quad better than dual core.  I will be playing HD-DVD and Blu-Ray movies with this HTPC, and also recorded HD TV (say from a Tivo HD).  Do I need the quad core?
