Questions about Flash 10.1 beta

I’m trying to get my HTPC back up and running for some hulu action but it is too slow to run at fullscreen 1080p.  1080p youtube is also a no go.

S754 Athlon64 3200+ 2.2ghz
ATI 4350
1GB ram
Vista 64

I installed the 10.2 ATI drivers
Installed Flash 10.1 beta

Tried to watch Hulu in IE8 and it was a stuttering mess.  Is there anything else I need to do to get acceleration working in flash?  Or is my PC too slow?
