That is a fair point if you have a really quiet drive to start with you may not notice a difference. Also if you have a lot of memory in your PC it wil make less difference as SuperFetch will use memory in preference to disk in the first place. On the other hand if you are getting disk chuntering in a low memory environment it can be significant.
I would love to see an in depth test done its all very subjective at present.
