I just changed my “Recorded TV” folder location in the MCE settings from the C: (default) to my S: hard drive.
When I did, MCE created a “Recorded TV” folder in the root of S: and started putting video files in there.
I’m a bit of a “neat freak” when it comes to my folders/files, and I was wondering if there’s any way to change that to, say, “S:\Media\Recorded TV\” — my S: drive has lots of other stuff on it and I’d like to keep the recorded tv files with the rest of my “media” files.
Also, can I just move the files that were already recorded on my C: drive to the S: drive and Media Center will automatically recognize the new location, or will this mess things up?
