My wife bought me a 20″ HP monitor for Christmas. Today, while playing TF2 I noticed a thin vertical red line in the center of the screen. Was wondering if anyone has seen this or know what it is? I did a search and see others have had this problem, but most mention it being to the side of the screen. Are these dead pixels? It is most noticeable with a gray background. I have 2 PC’s connected, one by VGA and one by DVI and I see it on both computers so I know it’s a monitor issue and not video card.
