1. Sounds like Fox is trying to keep someone else happy, say, Netflix or Blockbuster? (more likely Netflix).
2. Fox can sell their disks to whomever they want. The only way they can really keep RedBox from getting hold of the disks is to just release them 30 days early to whoever they are in bed with.
