Simplifi Audio 5.1 amplifier for Media Center PC

I have a Simplifi Audio 5.1 Amplifier that is designed for use with a Media Center PC.  It is barely used.  I am switching to SageTV with extenders, and unfortunately, this will not work.  The unit has 6 inputs and the volume is controlled by the Media Center PC.  The unit turns on and off with the PC (will detect sleep mode as well).
