Ok, Here’s what i’ve done…
The HTPC:
This was an old box i wasn’t using until the projector came in. So i added a decent vid card and audio card and called it good for now. I’m planning an overhaul with an MCE601 and new internals shortly. I’ve also ordered a cabinet that sits below and runs the width of the screen. But for now…

All cabling is in wall/ceiling from when i finished the basement. 2″ conduit runs up the wall behind the screen and in the ceiling back to the projector mount. This let’s me pull or swap cables easilly.
