TV picture quality. Cable, Sat, OTA, or Fios?

      I was watching Discovery Channel HD the other day and almost got a headache because the picture was so pixelated during motion.  I have Comcast HD.

      What service gives the best possible picture quality for HD? 

      For me, Comcast doesn’t seem to compress the local stations so they come in quite nice.  But other channels can be a blocky mess.

      Any thoughts?
