I’m shopping for a new pci-express videocard. I don’t play any games. This will be used in a computer that is used for video editing and as an HTPC. I’m looking to spend around $100, but could be persuaded to spend more if the reasons are good. I’m thinking about the ATI 3470 and 3650. I like their price/performance ratio and that the video decoder is included (unlike PureVideo). Any one have any final thoughts/suggestions for me?
