Due to the boom in DVR viewing, I got to thinking… Is the Windows Media Center Tv that I watch being tracked? Does/can Microsoft report on numbers to Neilson how many people recorded a particular show? Or how many times they’ve watched it?
Not that I am against them doing it, I was just curious…
