Right I decided to go for Vista Premium (OEM) for my new HTPC build.
But not decided on 32 or 64bit.
Because of the issue or potential issue with 64bit drivers have read, part of me says go for 32bit, the other half says no go 64 bit.
I think I may have a solution, but open to comments?
The (expensive) retails version come with both 32 and 64bit DVD and one COA. The OEM version you purchase with either a 32bit or 64bit and one COA. Now my friend as already purchased a 32bit OEM version and is happy with it. If I purchase the 64bit version, but initially build my system with my friend DVD 32 version and my COA, and upgrade to 64 later? I suspect I could do this but as anyone one forum tried this?
