I just recently built:

I have setup the storage as such:
1 x 160GBSATA: 40GB Partition for Vista/Apps, Remaining Partitioned for Recorded TV Only
3 x 500GBSATA RAID 5: 1TB (not quite) Storage
1 x 500GBSATA External My Book for backups
The plan is to move my recorded TV onto the storage. Also contained on the storage partition is 5 main folders:
1. AMOVIES <--you can guess what this is
2. DVD <--ripped DVD's for My Movies
3. Music <---self explanitory
4. Pictures <---self explanitory
5. TV <--TV Shows that are either downloaded off of torrent or moved from recorder storage.
I have 3 glaring issues that are really bugging me:
1. In Vista MCE, navigation from different functions like TV to Pictures..etc, the screen will go black for 2-3 seconds, then it goes to the proper screen, etc and functions normally. I've never seen this delay before on my previous Vista MCE Systems?
2. I setup the Library to show only the folders that I wanted and excluded the AMOVIES folder so that my daughter can't see that folder in Vista MCE, however it still shows up in the Video Library? Again, this never happened with my previous VISTA MCE systems.
3. The XBOX 360 extender was setup, and the library is setup, however, the extender can't see any of the library? This was also not an issue before.
Any ideas?
