I don’t see anywhere where it mentions if these plugins work with extenders or not. I figure since I’m going to upgrade to Vista anyway on my gaming rig, I should consider using it as an HTPC and an Xbox 360 as an extender. But I’m trying to make sure I can get a lot of the functionality I’m used to from other HTPC software with it, and it seems like plugins are the answer in most cases. Most I’ve come across do mention if they work on extenders or not. Am I just missing it here? Especially with the CallerID thing, since it’s a server/client setup it’d seem like an extender would have been a great choice for a client. Hmm.
(I’ve still got a separate less powerful machine made from spare parts that has run SageTV, Meedio/Yahoo Go! TV and BeyondTV).
