So i was talking to a buddy of mine who mentioned that there was a way to turn Seagate hard drives into “Quiet mode” as they come shipped in “performance mode” which is faster but louder.
I know Hitachi has their software which allows you to do this, but I haven’t been able to find Seagate’s software.
Any ideas?
