I’m just throwing my top 3 “Missing in Action” plugins for vista (MCML).

Weather
Big screen weather look great , but it displays weather only for Australia.

Netflix
Stumbled upon this Netflix plugin for Vista a while back. Still no word.

TV Series
Big Screen TV Series is on hold, looking for a good (legal) meta-data source.  There are currently 2 other similar apps in progress.   I’m currently testing the early-beta version of “TV Library”, see below.

=============================
Andy C is currently retooling his very useful “My TV Shows” MCE2005 plugin to work with Vista Media Center.  This new version is called “TV Library” and appears under the VMC “TV + Movies” menu upon installation.

The addon is like the popular My Movies plugin, but dedicated to organizing your TV series recordings and meta-data rather than DVD media.  For video formats which do not hold meta-data, video info is stored in custom xml files.

With Big Screen TV Shows not launching any time soon, this may be a welcome replacement.

The early beta (alpha?) has a smooth MCML interface and is very functional thus far.

Check out Andy’s thread at http://thegreenbutton.com/forums/4/144287/ShowThread.aspx and let him know what you think.
