My HTPC setup is a Athelon XP 2500 overclocked to 3200 with 1.25 gigs of Ram running Windows Vista Ultimate. My video card is an Nvidia 7600 GS which works pretty for DVDs and HD via OTA but what it does horribly is play Hulu or any other internet video at full screen. At full screen the video is choppy but in a window it flows pretty well.
I don’t wanna build a whole new PC right now so I am hoping an upgraded video card will fix the issue. I would appreciate any advise on whether an upgraded AGP video card would fix the problem or should I just accept the fact that I have come to the end of the road performance-wise with this setup.
