This may already exist but I always thought that a cellular phone that had multi-line capabilities like an office desk phone is just what today’s executive on the go could really need. Even if it was just a two line model with a personal line and an office line that would be great for those in need rather than call forwarding or similar schemes.
Now that your mention it they really didn’t say if you could make a call with this phone either 😛

Any more initial impressions?

This is a story that surely deserves a bump.
And to add to Skirge01’s message please put down that cell phone while driving. While texting or talking with your friend may seem like the most important thing in the world at the time your operation of a 1 to 2 ton vehicle really deserves your highest attention.

It’s what Lucas SHOULD have done if he wasn’t more concerned about selling toys and other bullshit.
I would have thought that pay TV subscriptions would have stayed fairly stable since it seems like many folks who’ve been impacted by the economy would give up stuff like the movies, going out to dinner or shopping just to shop, etc and stay home more. Thus the justification for keeping cable/satellite service.
That’s alright the satellite and cable providers will just raise their rates to make up for the losses.

are people still big fans of the LCD on the front?
At that price it becomes the remote server case that some folks have always thought was the best use for a case with a touchscreen.

Wow. $139 clams for a 400W PSU.
I gotta think about that for a minute.
It’ll be interesting to see what price the Corsair fanless debuts at.
