[/quote]euuuuw!! i can’t ever go back to Comcast’s guide and even their on-demand interface is awful. The whole point of having an MCE is that you are your own on-demand!! Get a big enough hard drive and just record EEEEVVVERYTHING! 🙂

yep, i looked at that before buying, but i’m pretty sure i’m closer than 10′ away from my tv, but it’s ok.
is it sad that a large part of the reason i wanted a 50″ was with Madden football so i could see more of the field? 🙂

great point autoboy, what did you use to calibrate? I have the DVE Essentials & Spears & Munsil as well…or the free AVS HD 709?

yeah, basically what those two said. I’ve moved enough in my days to know that even with extra precaution, there’s always risk that something happens. Even if it’s still minor scratches or what not, that type of stuff eats me up, ya know?
