What model Realtek network cards?  Realtek makes some good network cards but most are crap IMHO, especially with the Windows Update drivers.  Install the latest drivers from the manufacturer and if needed enable flow control in the transmit (Tx) and receive (Rx) directions.  See http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929707 for more on the network settings.

The easiest to use would be Microsoft Network Monitor (Netmon) or Wireshark.

What network cards do you have?  Do you have the manufacturer network card drivers installed versus Windows Update? And what switches?  Many gigabit network switches are crap and can’t handle HDTV.

I doubt I’ll use it for MythTV but I’m going to have to give Arch Linux a shot.  I’m currently using Gentoo for my MythTV setup and it is by far my favorite Linux distro I’ve used.

Arkham Horror is fun but takes a few times playing to really enjoy.  Niagara is an easy game and fun as well.

I’m going to have to try Settlers, we have a few neighbors that we get together and have board game nights as well.

I’ve tried to get a game of Risk going but my wife says I’m too competitive and wants to stay friends with the people coming over.

Kind of my thought as well.  I’m in the middle of moving my entertainment console out of the living room and will most likely pick up a Line-R as it looks small enough that I can mount behind the TV along with the rest of the components.

Note: Ifwhen I purchase I’ll buy through a Missing Remote referral program  ;D

Oh wow, I had not heard.  That is very sad for all parties involved.  I hope Andy gets the treatment he needs and that Starz puts the show on indefinite hold, perhaps a spin-off of a different gladiator’s story.

                                  Good news and bad news.

Bad: The DVBLink Server Network Pack is not compatible with CableCARD tuners.

Good: In a future firmware release (no ETA that I know of) the functionality will essentially be natively included with the InfiniTV4 via network bridging and tuner splitting (i.e. assign different tuners on the InfiniTV4 to different computers).

More Good: Part 2 of the review will be published this week.
