Unfortunately not but Part I of the review will be up today.
I’ve got a lot of questions already. Most will be in answered in the full review tomorrow.
What I will say now is, for those concerned with potential install issues… The Ceton InfiniTV 4 is leagues above the ATI DCT. I have CableCards at home that the ATI DCT refused to recognize that the Ceton InfiniTV had no issues with.
I understand the concern for those requiring truck rolls but don’t base them on past experiences with ATI DCTs.

Growing up I moved almost every year and every couple years to a different country. It doesn’t matter how well you try to protect your investments, there is extra wear and tear involved with moving.
If I know I’m moving with 3-4 months I hold off on purchases to prevent risking over handling and to reduce the amount of work involved with moving.

I had no clue on the movie or book prior to taking my wife, kids and young nephews….
I was in awe and a little embarrassed the first couple minutes but whatever, they have (unfortunately) seen worse and aside from my daughter everyone really like the movie–my wife especially.

The only file format support difference is with the Xbox 360. It is the only Extender that supports “intensiverendering” and H264 support for Live TV. This means developers can target the Xbox with a more fluid experience than other Extenders.

Looks like Dell is releasing an updated version: http://www.engadget.com/2010/07/31/dell-zino-hd-410-quietly-leaks-out-with-amd-quad-core-potential/

That is why I said “The lack of VIDEO_TS and BDMV support is what kills Windows Media Center Extenders (MCX)” and “SageTV makes extenders that are considerably better”
It is a huge gap. And I’m glad there are work-arounds, I wrote some myself, but native support will always win in SAF. I’ve ultimately given up on extenders, my Core i3 system uses less power, is damn near silent and I don’t have to worry about Extender support.

Just about any ripped format with a suitable Media Foundation or DirectShow decoder works. The native W7 decoders handles the majority of the formats out there with the exception of MKVs, for MKV you’ll need a MKV splitter. DivX’s MKV Media Foundation decoder can also be used.
Though some video file types might not be supported on a Media Center Extender. For example, Extenders don’t support AVCHD files or Apple QuickTime files. The playback functionality will also be inconsistent for files being transcoded versus natively played back on the device.
