DivX goes after YouTube

Everyone and their bird is going after Youtube these days, heck I might as well add a video download section 😉 However, I can see the DivX gaining a cult like status on the net. I would bet a dry donut hole that the video quality is a lot better then anything you would see on Google or You Tube.

Its new video Stage6
site allows users watch and share DivX videos as well as interact with
the people who made them. Significantly, the video content of Stage6
can be downloaded and burnt to DVD, for playback in DivX compatible DVD
players.
Content currently seems to consist primarily of music and anime, and video quality is consistently good.
