Pioneer’s PDP-5070 HD 50
Digital Trends is taking a cue from Youtube and doing their reviews video style. Maybe I am a bit old fashioned, but I feel a video should compliment a text based review rather then replace. Once you get half way through the video and you are distracted by an enormous mole on the reviewer's neck, or worse yet you get sea sick from the poor camera work. I guess Youtube's estimated value of 1.5 billion dollars might be proving me wrong :). Rant aside, dt takes a look at the PDP-5070 HD 50 inch plasma TV. It is based off of their 7th generation panel. The 5070 has all the bells and whistles you would expect from a modern TV including dual analgo and HDTV unters, 2 HDMI inputs and ability to accept 1080p signals. The native resolution of this set is a healthy 1365X768.
