Panasonic says plasma screen burn problem eliminated

Citing advances in its manufacturing process, Panasonic now claims that plasma burn in is now a thing of the past. The average plasma should now be able to reach a 60,000 hour life before half brightness happens. That is quite a length lifespan of a TV these days. Although, nothing compared to what we have enjoyed with traditional tube sets.
