CES 2007: VIA
I guess I was asleep at the wheel when I was browsing through our submitted news. Courtesy of Lothar The Submitter, XYZ Computing explores what VIA has in store for the next year. It looks like it will be a great year for the tiny computer enthusiasts. A thin client the size of a CD certainly would improve the WAF.
From the article:
VIA was also showing off their Mini-ITX motherboards, a line that is finally being replenished with a few new models. Pictured above is the EPIA EX, what VIA's 2007 catalog says will be one of two new Mini-ITX products. The EX will be available in two models the EX15000G and the EX10000EG (1.5GHz and 1.0GHz) and will have a C7 embedded processor, VIA CX700M2 Core-Logic with UniChrome Pro II graphics, DDR2 533 SDRAM, 1 PCI slot, 2 SATA ports, 6 USB ports, optional Gigabit ethernet, on-board DVI, and built-in HDTV-out.
