announced the launch of CyberLink Media Deluxe, its plug-ins for
Microsoft Vista Media Center, entertainment and personal creativity
products.

Designed to seamlessly integrate with and augment Windows Vista
Media Center, CyberLink Media Deluxe provides a consistent look and
feel while adding greater functionality and expanded entertainment
options. Media Deluxe lets users capture videos, edit videos and photos
automatically, create slideshows, create sports highlight clips, author
and burn discs, and share files throughout their personal network.

Media Deluxe features the following products and functions:

  • CyberLink PowerDV, supporting capturing from HDV/DV camcorders and webcams to PC

  • CyberLink MagicDirector, offering automated video editing using style templates

  • CyberLink MakeDisc, for authoring and burning discs, including high-definition video content to DVDs

  • CyberLink MagicSports, allowing quick browsing and creation of soccer and baseball highlights from recorded TV games

  • CyberLink Media Server and SoftDMA, enabling the sharing of media files between PCs and consumer electronic devices via a home UPnP network.



Product Availability
CyberLink Media Deluxe is already available online
and the Pro version will be available in retail stores in late March
2007. Media Deluxe Pro supports the following languages: English,
Chinese (Simplified and Traditional), German, Japanese, French,
Italian, Korean, and Spanish. CyberLink also offers OEM versions to
hardware manufacturing customers. Media Deluxe (Standard) includes
PowerDV, MagicDirector and MakeDisc only.
