A good read! DVDFile Not to be outdone, Toshiba initiated an instant rebate offer that reduced the prices for its players to a remarkably low level. The $100 rebate began on Sunday May 20th (sorry for the delay, but I've been away), and ends on June 16th. During the last week, the rebate applies to its entire line. The HD-A2 has a net SRP of $299, the HD-A20 $399, and the top of the line HD-XA2 $699. And that's without any discount you can negotiate with the retailer.
