No DRM for PS3 PlayTV

Can I classify the PS3 as an OEM Media Center PC? I guess for MissingRemote.com’s purposes I will. At any rate, fresh from Kotaku, it looks like PlayTV will have zero DRM. Not entirely surprising because they are not dealing with Cable Labs :p.
