Charter Cable And Your Browsing History

No doubt that Charter Cable isn’t the only outfit tracking a
surfer’s browsing habits but I still don’t like it.  If they’re going to follow me around cyberspace like I’m some
sort of reality TV show then I darn well should get compensated for it, not the
ISP!
