Baseball umps cite HDTV, SportsCenter for changing the way games are called

MLB has generally been pretty against technology innovations. The K-Zone was created to help judge umpires for the casual viewer, but each umpire still has their own strike zone making life nice and confusing. I think it’s just a matter of time though before they adopt instant replay…not a big difference making a 3 hour long game going 3 hours and 15 mins, right?
