August 18th Blu-ray Releases

Not quite as many selections to choose from this week but still some quality releases this week. If you haven’t seen the Tyson documentary and are any sort of boxing fan, you have to check it out. It’s heartfelt and shows a different side of the man, as well as showing some clips of his boxing throughout his career. I’m sure I’m not the only geek excited to reminisce about The Last Starfighter 25th Anniversary…although it’s been so long part of me is worried if I watch it now I won’t enjoy it as much. We’ll see!

MissingRemote’s Pick of the Week

Dexter: The Complete Third Season My pick of the week is strictly because I am SO excited for Season 4 of Dexter to start this September–the 3rd (and most recent) season of Dexter. If you haven’t seen or heard about it, the show is about a florida police officer (well, blood splatter analyst) who just happens to be a serial killer–don’t worry, only bad guys. It’s a great show and there’s much more to it than I can do it justice with this blurb, so check it out!
