September 29th Blu-ray Releases

Pretty good selection of blu-rays this week. I really enjoyed the romantic comedy Management almost enough to make it our pick of the week, but in the end I had to go with my inner childhood memories. That being said, Snakes on a Plane is definitely a classic for the airplane disaster genre of movies. And if you’re in the mood for animated then Monsters vs Aliens has received some good press, but I haven’t checked it out yet.

MissingRemote’s Pick of the Week

Labryinth I remember this movie pretty clearly as a kid, and I hope it holds up to memories as a youth. The premise is unique as David Bowie plays an odd character in control of a Labryinth which a very young Jennifer Connoly is trying to escape and meets an array of goblins and other interesting "people" on her way.
