CasaTunes unveils low profile XLi and XLe music servers November 19, 2009 Mike Garcen Mmmm…multi-zone audio. I wish I had a large enough house to have to worry about this. But for those that do, CasaTunes makes use of the good ol Silverstone chassis to brand it’s own client units to make your audio life easier. SlashGear The XLi supports up to six output zones and the XLe supports up to 12 and can be expanded to 48-rooms for larger installations. The XLe also has input trigger and multiple output triggers that allow the install to integrate doorbell, door phones, muting, and paging and it can control multi-channel amps and speaker selection. The units both have 1TB of storage and are only 2.7-inches thick. The XLi sells for $1499 and the XLe sells for $2199. FacebookTwitterEmail tagged with Media Distribution/Extenders
