March 23rd Blu-ray Releases

Just a couple good ones this week. I haven’t seen the Fantastic Mr. Fox, but I have heard relatively good things. As much as I liked Brothers, I had to go with a football movie that’s actually pretty good. One thing I do have to comment on is what a HUGE disappointment The Men Who Stare at Goats was–I had such high hopes and was utterly bored throughout.

MissingRemote’s Pick of the Week

The Blind Side    I will admit to being a Sandra Bullock fan. Not sure she deserved the Oscar for this performance, but she did her usual good job. The film was well done, kept you interesting while keeping the message behind it. I enjoyed the final slideshow at the end, where you actually see pictures of the real life family.
