November 30th Blu-ray Releases

Aaron pointed out that Avatar 3D is currently exclusive to Panasonic owners and fetching a nice price on ebay, but unfortunately not available through regular channels yet. Who wants to guess if it will break the 3D Blu-ray sales records 🙂

Outside of that, pretty slow week. The Sorcerer’s Apprentice was entertaining, as was Going The Distance, believe it or not.

MissingRemote’s Pick of the Week

Knight And Day ** If you are already a Cameron Diaz or Tom Cruise hater, then stop reading this right now–nothing I say will salvage this movie for you. However, if you’re not, then this movie may surprise you. I found myself laughing much more than I thought. Sure the action scenes are ridiculous, as is the plot line really, but the two stars shared good chemistry on-screen. Add to that the wonderful car chase sequences, and this makes for a good home theater watching.
