7 Observations from EHX 2011
The Electronic Home Expo (EHX) is an annual (or is it twice) show for custom home installers and is really a fun show to see some of the fancy high end products you probably can’t afford.
In an unusual twist for a CE pro-oriented show, the security-related educational sessions (including the home health technology presentations) drew larger crowds than the usual favorites such as streaming media and game-changing technologies.
Just add power’s 3D box
Just add power’s 3D box sounded cool so I looked it up. http://www.cepro.com/article/3d_manager_turns_old_tvs_into_3d-capable_sets/ Pretty nifty, if way too expensive at $5000. It seems like a product ripe for a 3rd party to make a cheap box to toss in front existing 2d TVs (minus the network functions).
