Citroen Ami, an enclosed golf cart for city surfing

I don’t think you can call anything that doesn’t require a license a car, so I’m going with enclosed golf cart. Please don’t take anything but AWE from that though, because I think this little guy is fantastic. ~40 miles of range, charge from 220v in three hours, and a top speed just shy of 30mph. And it’s super cheap. Too bad it’s Europe only…
