Wahoo Adds Cadence Support to 2018 Kickr / Kickr Core

Wahoo rolled out a firmware for the 2019 Kickr and Kickr Core smart trainers a couple days ago. This update provides support for multiple Bluetooth connections (no more WHY WON’T ZWIFT FIND MY KICKER issues), and more interestingly support for reporting cadence via the Kicker. This removes the need to use a discrete cadence sensor, which makes use with devices like the Apple TV more convenient. The feature is nice, and generally works well [enough], but there are a few gotchas around responsiveness and some wonky behavior that might make it not the right choice for you.
